Cecilia Nugent is a higher education professional and Certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) promoting the practice of yoga to individuals of all levels and capabilities. Classes reduce stress, create life balance, and encourage you to sustain your practice. She has a special interest to encourage beginners and individuals who feel “yoga is not for me”. Cecilia teaches private sessions, group workshops, and regular weekly classes. Due to the current pandemic current classes are taught virtually. She teaches at her studio in Hartford, CT and has taught at the Downtown Hartford YMCA and Club Fitness in Windsor.
